RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Unopened products in original condition may be returned for a refund or credit within 30 days of the date it was delivered.
To initiate a return, simply email us and include your original order number. The representative will provide you with the proper shipping address and a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns require an RA# in order to be processed.
We will process your credit as soon as we receive your returned merchandise in our warehouse. Depending on the bank's policiy, it can take up to 5 buisiness days if in the USA and up to 30 buisiness days for international. You will not be reimbursed for your original or return postage.
DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If an item you purchase is defective, damaged, or is missing parts; please email us promptly for assistance.
