Orders placed before 3:00pm CST, Monday through Friday, will generally ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm CST will generally ship the next business day. However, on rare occasions, high order volumes may cause delays.

A tracking number will be emailed when your order has been prepared for shipment. However, tracking may not be recognized by the carrier for several hours after you receive it. Also, tracking information for international orders are generally not updated by the carrier after the package leaves the United States.

How to redeem:
- Add qualifying items to your shopping cart totaling $99 before taxes and shipping.
- If your order qualifies, select the free shipping option during checkout
- Orders qualifying for free shipping will be sent via economy shipping unless an expedited shipping option is chosen for an additional cost
Free shipping is limited to orders within the 48 contiguous United States. It does not apply to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, or any other address outside of the U.S.

How to redeem:
- Unless otherwise specified, free shipping is automatically applied to pre-order. No action is required.
- If you live in the United States, preorders will arrive by the product's U.S. release date.
- International preorders may take longer due to longer shipping times.
- Late Preorders will generally arrive 3-5 business days after the release date.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Because orders are processed as quickly as possible, it is not always possible to cancel or modify them. If you would like to change or cancel an order, please email us and title your message as urgent. A representative will determine if the order can still be changed, and will assist you if possible.
It is not possible to change the shipping address after a preorder has been placed. If the shipping address for your order is incorrect or out of date, simply log in to your account, cancel the preorder, and resubmit a new order. Please note that if the preorder has limited stock, it may not be possible to place a new order. If this is the case, please call 651-639-1905 and ask to be connected to the Asmodee Store.
